Honda CR-V: Locking and Unlocking the Doors / Childproof Door Locks
The childproof door locks prevent the rear doors from being opened from the
inside
regardless of the position of the lock tab.
Setting the Childproof Door Locks
Slide the lever in the rear door to the lock
position, and close the door.

When opening the door
Open the door using the outside door handle.
To open the door from the inside when the
childproof door lock is on, put the lock tab in the
unlock position, lower the rear window, put your
hand out of the window, and pull the outside door
handle.
Press the master door lock switch in as shown
to lock or unlock all doors and the tailgate.
When you lock/unlock the driver’s door using the
master door lock switch, all the other doors and the
tailgate lock/unlock at the same time...
Your vehicle locks all doors and unlocks the all doors automatically when a
certain
condition is met.

upright and well
back in the seat:
Pull the seat belt out slowly.

Insert the latch plate into the buckle, then
tug on the belt to make sure the buckle is
secure.
Make sure that the belt is not twisted or
caught on anything.
