Honda CR-V: Driving Position Memory System* / Storing a Position in Memory
- Set the power mode to ON. Adjust the
driver’s seat to the desired position.
- Press the SET button.
- You will hear a beep, and the memory button indicator light will
blink.
- Press and hold memory button
or
within five seconds of
pressing the SET button.
- Once the seat position has been memorized, the indicator light on
the button you pressed stays on.

After you press the SET button, the storing operation will be canceled
when:
- You do not press the memory button within five seconds.
- You readjust the seat position before the double-beep.
- You set the power mode to any position except ON.

You can store two driver’s seat positions (except for power lumbar) with the
driving
position memory system.
When you unlock and open the driver’s door with a remote transmitter or the
smart
entry system, the seat adjusts automatically to one of the two preset positions...
Move the shift lever to .
Apply the parking brake.
Press a memory button ( or
).
You will hear a beep, and the indicator light will blink.
The seat will automatically move to the
memorized position...
Other information:
The front airbags are housed in the center of the steering wheel for the
driver, and
in the dashboard for the front passenger. Both airbags are marked SRS AIRBAG.
During a frontal crash severe enough to cause one or
both front airbags to deploy, the airbags can inflate
at different rates, depending on the severity of the
crash, whether or not the seat belts are latched, and/
or other factors...
A LATCH-compatible child seat can be installed in any rear seats. A child
seat is attached to the lower anchors with either the rigid or flexible type of
connectors.
Locate the lower anchors under the marks.
Place the child seat on the vehicle seat, then attach the child seat to the
lower anchors
according to the instructions that came with the child seat...
